Coffee shop is located right by the A tower entrance. I was here only for my dad's colonoscopy appointment. I grabbed a white chocolate mocha while waiting. From telling my order, paying then receiving my mocha took less than a 1 minute. I questioned it, that means shots of coffee were prepped, milk was pre warmed, this is just assumptions but it'll usually take about a minute to warm the milk, make fresh shots, put the powder in. Ehh I just needed something since I was here way too early. Sipped it as I walked to the elevator and came straight back asking for more white chocolate powder as it tasted like burned milk (I'm assuming because the espresso shot sat there). Also, this place is packed!! Full of nurses, doctors, hospital staff. Lady asked if I wanted half a scoop or a full scoop, I asked for a full after she showed me the size of the scoop. She ended up stirring it on her end but then put the stir stick back in the water. Problem with that, my germs from sipping the coffee are now on the stir stick meaning it'll be used to stir someone else's drink. In the end, after adding the extra white powder it tasted fine. But don't go looking for a high quality or decent quality espresso drink here. Maybe a drip coffee? Customer service was lovely, I really like nice, sweet people! Lady was nice! Just the coffee is a no go for me in the future if I ever come back.

I've been coming here each morning for years. The only problem I have is coming to get a coffee and they aren't open yet. I try to get coffee before work instead of using one of my breaks to get coffee. It's frustrating when you walk by and they still aren't open. If it states 6:30am (open) at the entrance, then they should be open at 6:30am. Yes, we live in Alaska and sometimes we're all late to work, but the barista is frequently late. I'm just going to skip coming in each morning.

We ordered the fish n chips (halibut) and the fish tacos (also halibut). The fish n chips were very good. In fact the fries were amazing - coated with spices and remained crisp even under the fish. The fish tacos were the best we've ever had. So much flavor. Very surprised.

Went to get a drink with no Ice then after tried it told the barista I thought it taste like too much syrup asked her to top it off. She told me she can fill it up with water, I told her that’s fine. She told if I don’t like her drinks I can go somewhere else and she’s the manager. Paid $7.00 and $2.00 tip what a rip off. no quality control. Lady who is the manager flirting with hospital staff also not professional.

This location serves great coffee and tasty sandwiches. They also open a graveyard shift for the hospital staff.

Best fish and chips in Anchorage! Relaxed atmosphere. Good beer choice. Great views of the mountains.

My wife and I shared - and thoroughly enjoyed - the halibut and chips very much. We usually share our dinners because we are not big eaters, and the truth is, we couldn’t even eat all our chips….although we made sure we ate all the fish. But don’t get me wrong, the chips were done perfectly. They were so good, I didn’t even need to use ketchup with them because I didn’t want to spoil the great taste. The lady who served us, Kelsey I believe her name was, was as pleasant as they come….born and raised in Alaska too. You eat outdoors, which was just fine with us. The weather was in the 70s so it felt good to feel the breeze. If you don’t want fish and chips, no worry, plenty more to choose from. I think they even have reindeer something, but I couldn’t eat that because I have been feeding about 10-20 deer every day at home for the past three years. I couldn’t eat Bambi ! Anyhow, I digressed. The place is not located in a “restaurant heavy area” so to me, it was a bit of a surprise….a pleasant one at that. Try it out and see for yourself. Cheers.

This is a great place with a true Alaskan vibe. Looks like a storage container … go inside it’s small and really cool. Great people

Someone recommend me this place and I ended up going there twice during my time in Anchorage. Both times, I had a salmon quesadilla, which was really great. Loaded with salmon and it comes with chips, salsa, and sour cream. The staff is very friendly and takes care of everything, prices are normal for Anchorage, and it has a great vibe. It's a little bit off from the hustle and bustle and only has outdoor seating. Great place and I'll go back in case I'll go to Anchorage again!

We both had halibut meals. Fish & chips and halibut burger. Both great. It was nice eating outsude( as it doesn't have indoor seating) and seeing the mountains.

Stumbled on this gem of a cafe. The staff was incrediblly friendly and the food was out of this world. We had the beer battered halibut and veggie tacos. We requested vegan tacos and they were happy to accommodate.

Love love loved this place. This was my last meal before my flight home the next morning, and my only regret is that I wasn’t able to have this more than once - I’ve heard their breakfast is incredible. The staff is very friendly, the chef is constantly experimenting with new food and even let me sample a secret menu item.

We were looking for a place to sit outside and lots of places had a long wait. We ended up here and are glad we found it. They had heated lamps to keep the chill out of the air. They had good beer and wine at reasonable prices. We also had a smoked salmon quesadilla which was very good and reindeer tacos which were ok. The food comes from the coffee shop next door and the service was great.
