I do not have enough great things to say about this place. Dave was absolutely incredible the entire time. We tired A variety of products both with and without reindeer as well as Smoked salmon. They were each delicious, safe to say, we walked out with plenty of treats to take home!

They have samples before you buy which helped picking out some good reindeer meat sticks.

Bought the hot 3 lb ak sausage from Costco I bit into the sausage and there was hard chunks of something felt like it might break my teeth about the size of a BB ??? Love the product but concerned ( I live in Anchorage)

Glad we stopped by Alaska Sausage & Seafood on our last day in Anchorage. David and Caenon were delightful and allowed us to try so many samples! We ended up leaving with some reindeer sausage, kielbasa, smoked salmon, and a few sweet treats. They also sold insulated bags and ice packs in case you wanted to take some items on the trip back home!

Perfect place to get your salmon, halibut and sausage

Food is perfect, no doubt. Also a friendly staff suggested me to bring my food (sausage and some salmon) to my luggage, he helped me save some shipping fee. (I was thinking to package my food and let them ship back to home. )

They are great at the counter, whether you ordered online or are standing there staring at something new and delicious. Thank you for serving our community!

Authentic German and other European food, best smoked salmon and sausages

This place is amazing! It is truly a must see spot in Anchorage if you like smoked anything from smoked salmon to dry sausage to Lebanon bologna or maybe you like blood sausage they've got an incredible selection of traditional German sausages, German liquorice and canned goods! I recommend not leaving without a package of their smoked salmon bellies.

My buddies and I had three moose processed at the Alaskan Sausage And Seafood company. Alaskan Sausage And Seafood did an outstanding job. The product was excellent. The correspondence was superb. The whole experience was great and very professional.
