No ice. Didn’t have the stuff to make the frost. Cheese sauce cost a dollar, and it’s small. Three pretzels and three cheese was almost $16. They asked me what cheese wanted. I said cheddar. They gave me nacho and it was spicy. My five year old refused to eat his pretzel and cheese.

Asked how long it would take to make two pretzel dog cups. Jerry gave me nothing but attitude and stated very loudly that he would have to “hand roll every one of them, as there are ten pretzel dogs in a cup”. Then when I said I would wait patiently, I could hear him saying to other customers who asked when more pretzel dogs were going to be done, said “well I’m making some more for those two over there, so it’ll be at least 20-30 minutes”. Super rude guy.
