Recently went there to order. Most workers were not friendly nor accommodating. My boyfriend requested something he'd already done few times before, asked to mix the cinnamon sticks with reg pretzel sticks, like half and half in the container and would pay for the cinnamon sticks' cost. They refused & said they can't do it due to company's policy. Now, he explained himself how he wanted it & told them he had done it few times & they still refused. The guy cashier was rude to him especially when he asked for his name. He refused to say it, then my bf asked for a manager they never even give an effort to and eventually called security on him! Wow! This was so uncalled for. This ruined our evening, tryin to relax and watch movie and missed a lot of it coz of this.

Took one bite of my pretzel and it was way too hard. Walked right back and politely asked for a different one. The young lady SNATCHED it out of my hands. Wild.

It was 8pm, an hr before close and everything looked clean and closed down so I politely asked if it was too late to order a bucket, they did say yes which was fine because they had enough in the case. Had I known it was old and hard as a rock I would not have gotten it, please don't sell old stuff. We eat there pretty regularly too my kiddos like the pretzels

I drove a bit to go to this store because I wanted a good salted pretzel. I was careful to tell them to put extra salt on the pretzel. There was hardly any. I won't be making any special trips in the future now that I know they don't care about what I want.

Pretzels tasted like water!

The chocolate frosty were watered down,no whipped cream and nothing like advertised ,WORSE CHOCOLATE FROSTY EVERT! we ordered the snow ball nuggets with barely any powder sugar nothing like advertised. Don’t bother with the seasonal treats.

Order what I say on display, and was told that I could not purchase what was on display, and soon as I was done ordering the manager walked over and threw the "display" items in the trash... An absolute waste

Ordered ahead on the app, when it was time to pick up they hadn't even started making it yet. Bad service every time with this place.

Too inconsistent. Half the time I go, pretzels are fine. Other half, they’re burnt and rock hard.Half the time the cheese is fine. Other half, it’s watered down so much it literally looks like yellow water.

After waiting more than ten minutes it was apparent these employees don't have a solid system for fulfilling orders. It was an absolute mess. They'll say it was busy, but 5 customers in line really shouldn't be such an endeavor for them. They wouldn't be busy if they had their act together. To top it off, for $3.99 I received a salt pretzel smaller than my hand with sections that were thinner than my pinky finger... And it was crunchy even though it was just made.I know the management will say this is inconsistent with their usual standards but that's obviously not the case. Subpar service and quality each time I go.

Went to the store next to the ice rink and the customer service needs major improvement. The associate obviously did not care about my needs and when brought to the managers attention on site, he did not either. He just said ok and brushed me off as if it did not matter. Having said that, the lemonade is good but a little pricey.

Asked how long it would take to make two pretzel dog cups. Jerry gave me nothing but attitude and stated very loudly that he would have to “hand roll every one of them, as there are ten pretzel dogs in a cup”. Then when I said I would wait patiently, I could hear him saying to other customers who asked when more pretzel dogs were going to be done, said “well I’m making some more for those two over there, so it’ll be at least 20-30 minutes”. Super rude guy. I’m not the kind of person to leave negative reviews, but it’s almost as if he went out of his way to be less than cordial.
