I had never been there before, but saw the menu on the window outside. Decided to try the crab wontons/ragoons And they were the best I’ve ever had from any restaurant. I could tell they were made fresh or homemade, and I will definitely be coming back with friends.
The food is good, but they used to sell a large bowl for $8 and were open until 2 with a beer and wine bar. They've remodeled a couple times and doubled the prices and axed the bar, which is a real bummer. The service is usually slow, probably because they're chronically understaffed.Kid-friendliness: A lot of people do bring kids here. Seems a little unwise at a restaurant that is known for large shallow bowls of hot liquid.
