I drove a bit to go to this store because I wanted a good salted pretzel. I was careful to tell them to put extra salt on the pretzel. There was hardly any. I won't be making any special trips in the future now that I know they don't care about what I want.

The chocolate frosty were watered down,no whipped cream and nothing like advertised ,WORSE CHOCOLATE FROSTY EVERT! we ordered the snow ball nuggets with barely any powder sugar nothing like advertised. Don’t bother with the seasonal treats.

Too inconsistent. Half the time I go, pretzels are fine. Other half, they’re burnt and rock hard.Half the time the cheese is fine. Other half, it’s watered down so much it literally looks like yellow water.

After waiting more than ten minutes it was apparent these employees don't have a solid system for fulfilling orders. It was an absolute mess. They'll say it was busy, but 5 customers in line really shouldn't be such an endeavor for them. They wouldn't be busy if they had their act together. To top it off, for $3.99 I received a salt pretzel smaller than my hand with sections that were thinner than my pinky finger... And it was crunchy even though it was just made.I know the management will say this is inconsistent with their usual standards but that's obviously not the case. Subpar service and quality each time I go.
Went to the store next to the ice rink and the customer service needs major improvement. The associate obviously did not care about my needs and when brought to the managers attention on site, he did not either. He just said ok and brushed me off as if it did not matter. Having said that, the lemonade is good but a little pricey.

Asked how long it would take to make two pretzel dog cups. Jerry gave me nothing but attitude and stated very loudly that he would have to “hand roll every one of them, as there are ten pretzel dogs in a cup”. Then when I said I would wait patiently, I could hear him saying to other customers who asked when more pretzel dogs were going to be done, said “well I’m making some more for those two over there, so it’ll be at least 20-30 minutes”. Super rude guy.

Very strange experience here (the upstairs kiosk, since apparently they do not have separate pages here) The pros: -what I ordered just happened to be extremely fresh (this is a pro because the pretzel dogs in the case looked mummified) -the employee working was polite -reasonable prices (2 pretzel dogs for 6.50) The Cons: -only one employee during lunch rush hours, the line was wrapped around clear to Icing -said one employee had her mask down the entire time, making her having one effectively pointless -a friend ordered the peach freeze drink, and while making it said employee divulged that she didn't actually know if the syrup she was using was the peach or mango, and did not offer to check or fix it if it was in fact the mango (it was) -when the second employee came back, he also had his mask down, and was yelling over customers ordering to have a conversation with the employee on the register who was trying to take orders I would say if you're able to, save yourself the trouble and just go to the location in the food court downstairs.

Love hanging out here while my best friend is at work! She makes the Best fluffiest Pretzels! There is Mango Lemonade that is to die for and so refreshing for a Hot sunny day!
