The place looked nice on the inside and the staff was pretty nice. I ordered pad see ew and my son had the tom kha. The tom kha had all the right flavors for the coconut soup and tasted pretty good BUT, my pad see ew...was NOT pad see ew. Looked and tasted almost like ladna and I'm not a fan of ladna at all. Needless to say I didn't finish it but I helped my son with his coconut soup. Other than that, the service was good and our waitress was nice.
I had fresh spring rolls and pad see iew, my usual order to compare Thai restaurants to other Thai restaurants, and this was slightly different than other spots. A little different flavor profile on the rolls and a little sweetness in the noodles made it a nice change and delicious meal. Only in town one more day so I hope to come back a try a curry!
We were in downtown Anchorage a group of seven and felt like a Thai meal so looked at trip advisor and found this restaurant. Decided to eat there we had an amazing meal and the service was great, variety was good and very tasty.
