The cafe is a great place to settle down and read with a coffee. The store itself is pretty standard B&N layout. I'm always impressed by how quickly the clerks move through check out but still make me feel seen and heard as a customer. Overall, a great team and a great store!
I called and inquired about a book. The staff checked to confirm that they had the book in stock. She knew the price and asked if she could put it on hold for me. I was there within the hour. The staff found it, we're friendly & professional.
Beautiful store, well laid out and clean. Would have given a 5 Star but the wait time in line was terrible. They only had one employee working the front counter which is frustrating when you have a short break during the day to get things done and everyone seems to take their lunch break at the same time. The clerk was fantastic with each individual that was directly in front of her but it would have been nice to be acknowledged or to let the long line of people you appreciate their patience.
This place used to be nice before midtown got worse. Bathrooms are disgusting and sadly known for druggies going there. It doesn't feel as friendly as it used to be. Parking lot doesn't feel safe, saw several ppl checking cars last time I was here. I love the boardgames selection and kids toys though

Just had coffee at the Starbucks inside. Lots of tables to hangout. Looked like a lot of the people were using it as a quiet meeting place inside.
Absolutely love this store, it's clean, relaxing, and the staff is friendly and very helpful.
