Please don't order the burnt ends until they can say that they know how to cook them. Everything is the opposite of what an actual burnt ends is supposed to be.
It's just cubed brisket that is reheated on the flattop making it super chewy and gross like stew meat. Instead of melt in your mouth brisket.
Very disappointed very small portions the picture shows that's a side of corn and this is supposed to feed two people it only feeds one super super small portions the beans come in a ketchup container so does a coleslaw and it's not even sweet A minus star poor customer service the only thing good and is platter is a brisket save your money and go somewhere else but the brisket is very good we starve ourselves all day to be disappointed

I just ordered 150 dollars worth of food for my family…. The fries weren’t cooked all the way
The burger was small
The Mac n cheese tasted like it had soapy water in it.
The brisket ends were cooked good. I loved the bbq sauce!
But the brisket Mac n cheese tasted like it had soap in it.. we had to throw it away.
I believe they were just rushing and it sucks because they have so much potential.
Nothin bbq about this place. Everything is cooked in an oven the heated up on a grill. If you like bbq this ain’t it. They might as well have boiled the meat as much flavor as it had. So disappointing ?
The BBQ sauce, meat, cornfritters, and desserts are good and the service fast and friendly. The staff seem very careless though. We've ordered from them three times, a box for 2 each time. 2/3 we didn't get the honey butter for the corn fritters, 1/3 times we didn't get the texas toast or Hawaiian rolls. The second time there was a wire stuck to one of the corn fritters (looked like from a metal scrub brush, I should have taken a photo.) The bags were sealed 2/3 times so couldn't check for their errors easily before leaving. This last time they were out of one of the items we wanted, the coconut chicken. The key lime pie is amazing and it's nice to get good bbq without having to make it myself, but we keep getting shorted and the wire in the food makes me a little nervous about other food safety issues.

Everything was awesome as far as the burnt ends, the ribs, corn fritters, Texas toast and beans. However the corn was HORRIBLE. terribly overcooked. The seasoning was good on the outside but the corn was mush. All in our party had the same to say about the corn. Fix that and this will be a perfect meal.

The BBQ pit “master” must be confused on the difference between a Brisket and a Roast beef Sunday dinner. Sloppy, mostly inedible fatty beef. Little to no flavor on the brisket. Ever heard of a rub? Lack of smoke rings indicates this definitely wasn’t smoked may have actually been a roast beef. Pulled pork was mediocre, had better had worse. Great service up front, the sides were tasty but the portions are too small for the asking price of a platter. Should have known better than to trust a BBQ joint in Alaska.

We found this hidden gem on a whim! It was so delicious that I only got 2 photos ? My husband and I shared the BBQ Box for 2. The meat was tender and the flavors were on point. My husband loved the Corn fritters! It was the perfect amount of food for us. We could have definitely could have eaten more ?
This will definitely the 1st of many visits. Keep in mind, it is a take out only joint. The crew was friendly and we just happen to meet the owner!

Friendly staff, corn fritters are great, bbq is bland and the brisket was tough. Sauces are bland too. Baked beans taste like vancamps straight from the can.

We had the slider meal for two. It came with two sides, 9 Hawaii rolls, four large corn fritters and our choice of meat and sauce. We chose the brisket and the smokey bbq sauce, baked beans and corn on the cob. Everything was delicious! We even had some of the brisket leftover. We will definitely be back! Staff was very nice too. ?

I saw this place advertised and it looked delicious/ sounded like good value, but it just was not it. Got the bbq box for two. No Texas toast, just two smashed king's Hawaiian rolls. Honestly the best or second-best part of the meal. The 1/2 rack of baby back ribs were pretty good but small. We wished there was twice as much. They were out of burnt ends so we did the 1/2 roast chicken. It was bone dry, seemingly chopped in half with little bones everywhere, and the breast side had red areas that didn't look fully cooked. Would've given it to the dogs if we weren't worried about the bones. The baked beans were.. fine. Sweet, not any different than out of the can. The corn fritters were a generous size, but absolutely raw. I could mold it like playdough and make shapes with it.. def not cooked through. They have several sauces to choose from but the person taking my order couldn't describe what they tasted like and they didn't offer samples. The chicken sauce was a bland version of chick-fil-a sauce. Idk, I wouldn't make a post if they missed on just one thing but like... it was the whole meal. For 40 min of driving and $50 we were real disappointed.
