This is one of the better places to buy BBQ in Anchorage, just temper your expectations if you're comparing to a 5 star in Texas. Corn fritters are great. 1 lb ala carte menu is an excellent bang for the buck. We tend to do a couple of lbs of burnt ends and a 1 lb of pulled pork, and make veggie sides at home. The Carolina mustard is my favorite. For a quick, usually open BBQ grab and go it's tough to beat unless you smoke it yourself. The service is excellent, the online ordering app is hit or miss.

service is good…food is marginal…in particular brisket is very disappointing…sliced brisket is delivered as a pile of meat that turns into chopped brisket when you try to find a slice…flavor is less than average

Great bbq. Some of the best we have had in anchorage for traditional bbq. We had ribs and chicken, corn fritters, and baked beans. The ribs were spot on and the chicken was just falling apart. The corn fritters and butter were spot on. Beans were sweet and flavorful. Only downside was there is no where to sit and eat. Its a to go restaurant only.

The customer service is unmatched. Twice I've gone the ribs were over cooked to the point it was difficult to eat the ribs, and the sides are tiny portions for the price of the meal. I actually did a portion text with a tablespoon; it was honestly 2 tablespoons of beans and the same for the coleslaw.

The complete opposite of bbq. Possibly the worse thing I paid to put in my mouth

I had seen the commercials and even remembered having their food at a family B'day party. I fell in love with their sauce. However, the BBQ meats were tough and overcook & dry. At 1st I loved the food. But the 2nd time around.....just didn't do any graces for them. Maybe it's just a hit and miss.

The ribs had barely any meat on them and the portion was ridiculously small, especially for the price. I could have gotten a full meaty slab 4 times the size for the same price at Carr's. The corn fritters were delicious.
