We had the BEST customer service experience here. We’re visiting from out of town and I mistakenly bought tickets for a show a full week before the one we were trying to see; we didn’t realize until we’d already ordered our food to be sent to our assigned table and tried to check in to get seats. This was fully my fault, but the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and understanding and grabbed a manager to help with the mixup; another staff member came over and told us he’d make sure our food got to our new seats (and he did, the food came out promptly with no table mixups despite it being a very full house). The movie was fun and the food was fantastic, but the customer service was above and beyond!
We finally made it to Bear Tooth Theatrepub for breakfast, and wow—what an experience! I had the lemon blueberry pancakes and they were absolutely AMAZING—fluffy, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced between sweet and tart. Joe went for the biscuits and gravy, and they were just as delicious—hearty, savory, and packed with flavor.
We both ordered coffee, and the staff went above and beyond by adding caramel syrup and whipped cream on top—a little extra touch that made it feel special. The service was warm, friendly, and fast, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.
Highly recommend this spot for a great breakfast (or brunch!) in Anchorage. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu!
I have had hamburgers from keywest. to California. Illinois. And now at The Bear Tooth Grill. And there Brewer's Burger is the best. You won't remember the price just that it's the best Burger You ever had.
This is a very popular spot in Anchorage. They told us it was a 45 min wait Sunday night, so we went back on Monday. Very good food! I highly recommend the Mango Habanero Chicken Bowl and Blueberry Serrano Wings. Service was good.
I've been going here since I was a little kid and ever since they had a great customer service always had a good time good time altogether a good place to be.
Best theater I've ever experienced! Love the beer (get the amber ale) and the pizza is so good!
A beet salad should have fresh, not canned, beets. I am glad my boss paid for ur sorry service. Anyways lesson learned, adios.

Very nice heated patio. Very casual with counter service outside, full service inside. The most excellent blackberry salad, so fresh. I have never eaten blackberries so sweet. My husband had the prime rib sandwich, it was fine. Although, the star of the show by far was the Dulce de Leche banana cream pie. So delicious. From graham cracker, carmel, banana to cream. I highly recommend this place. Beer was decent, also.
Delicious food & great service!
Super service and the food was excellent
Great food. Place was crowded but service kept up
Dalton was a fantastic server. Visiting from Maryland and while waiting to be seated, I caught the attention of another worker to ask him about the t-shirt he had on--Moose's Tooth. I was pleasantly surprised at his verbal response delivery and his polite manners. As I stood to leave after eating, he stopped at my table and shook my hand (loved the firm handshake and eye contact--should be taught to all young folks) and told me to have a nice vacation with a big smile on his face. They didn't have a comment card so I could advise the manager what great employees they have so he brought out his manager and I told her....Collin, you made my day and restored my faith that there are fine young employees still to be had in the work world. As a former County government department head, that faith had been dwindling.
