We normally loooove bear tooth. Love the food, movies, entertainment. But there has been a couple times now where the food kinda sucked on the theater side. Dont know if its just whoever cooks on monday evenings? Yesterday, our sandwich was so over seasoned it was like eating a salt sandwich. And hot water literally poured out of the sandwich all over our clothes. The chips and guac tasted old (old leftovers from the weekend?). And the upstairs balcony was freezing! We ended up leaving early because we were so cold. Looking around at other customers, they were also bundled up with coats, hats, hoods up. Bear tooth is one of my favorite places, id be sad if this is the new norm. :(
Didn’t go to the movie theater but dined in at the grill. The menu is extensive but extremely underwhelming. The food was cold and the carrots added to the plate were dry as hell and straight from a grocery store bag.
Great menu! Solid choice.
SO GOOD
Always a good time
Ordered philly cheese steak for lunch and there were no peppers or onions and it was tiny and dry with a small portion of fries for the price. $20 before taxes, fees and tip - severely overpriced.
Our family of four waited two hours to receive our food due to repeated errors made by our server. During this time, the server also referred to my daughter-in-law as “dude” on three separate occasions, which was unprofessional and inappropriate.
Despite being clearly aware of our dissatisfaction, no apology, remedy, or discount was offered. This level of service falls well below reasonable expectations.
Please take this feedback seriously and improve staff training and accountability. Experiences like this reflect poorly on your establishment
Great pizza. Their Ranch is one of a kind and a must every time I stop. Staff is friendly. Be patient, wait times can be lengthy, but I think its worth it.
We had a very frustrating movie night—the sound went out during a silent movie, and the movie itself wasn’t good even without the sound. On top of that, our food didn’t arrive until the movie was almost over. However, Timber went above and beyond to make things right. She made sure we were taken care of after the movie, gave us a refund for the trouble, and even offered some free slices. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service, and the staff overall made an effort to ensure we were satisfied despite the issues.
Seafood chowder was excellent, but waitress tried to sneak cod tacos as salmon tacos to my table. Had it returned and by that point it was ruined. Too much face time and back n forth with waitress. Ruined, not returning ever. Did eventually get salmon tacos in to-go box.

Took 1:45 to bring our food. The movie ended literally as they gave us the pizza.
Excellent service, kind staff! We attended the International Film Festival which was amazing and the craft night featuring Love Actually the following weekend. So much fun!
Food was great but the movie A Wonderful Life was cut short with major part of film not shown! This ruined a Christmas family outing!!
My husband and I were visiting from out of town and stopped here for a movie and food. We were really excited to try the mozzarella breadsticks with marinara sauce at Moose’s Tooth and enjoyed them, so we ordered mozzarella breadsticks with marinara again at bear’s tooth.
Shortly after eating, I experienced a severe allergic reaction and couldn’t understand why. I am deathly allergic to walnuts and am very careful to avoid them. I did not order anything that I thought would have walnuts—it was literally bread, cheese and marinara sauce.
After asking about possible cross-contamination, we discovered that our order had been mixed up and we were given the house sauce instead of marinara. We then learned that the house sauce is a mixed pesto sauce made with walnuts! The house sauce didn’t even look like pesto sauce.
I’m writing this review to help others with nut allergies be aware and to encourage clearer menu labeling. I love supporting local businesses and theaters, but what may seem like a small mistake or lack of clear menu warnings can result in serious, life-threatening health risks.
The food is amazing! Our server was so kind and attentive, we literally never ran out of anything to drink. She was very accommodating. We got the chicken friend steak and nachos, and it was very filling!
