Jackie's Place Restaurant Reviews
Best breakfast in anchorage 👍
Today was our first time at Jackie's Place, and the atmosphere here....it's old school Americana at it's absolute best. It has been a long time since I have been to a place that makes you feel so good just being in the building. The food is typical diner food, nothing to write home about but good and good portions. Great “mom and pops” style restaurant, I as of I were at home. The atmosphere was pleasant!

Jackie's Place Restaurant offers a cozy ambiance and friendly service, catering to diverse tastes. It has a homey feeling typical of a classic greasy spoon diner, where the food is tasty comfort food, with some hits and misses. While the steak was overcooked, the eggs and spam were delightful. The atmosphere is local and not fancy, featuring a quiet environment that is perfect for a late breakfast. The service is fast and efficient, with hot coffee and ice water refilled promptly. It's a family diner where regulars are greeted by name and know what they like to eat. The menu includes standard items along with unique and delicious choices, such as the Irish skillet with corned beef hash and cheese sauce, which was dynamite. The prices are reasonable, making it a decent cafe worth visiting for a comfortable dining experience. Parking is available, though the entrance can be a little hard to spot.
