Birch & Alder where have you been my whole life?! Tucked away roadside coffee shop, the burrata sandwich on focaccia is nothing short of a culinary success. The creamy burrata, crispy prosciutto (wow) perfect! Layers of fresh brightness, but the zhoug sauce (double wow)! When I say it’s a 10 out of 10, I really mean it’s an 11 an absolute must try for anyone chasing the ultimate sandwich experience. Nothing but smiles:)
Greeted with a genuine smile and gifted with the best Bagels in Anchorage. Each one lovingly hand made and PERFECT in texture and taste. Focaccia laden with Caramelized Onions made the real way.
