one of my most favorite food spots in anchorage! they have so much to choose from but personally, my favorites are the boom ba laddy plate & steak quesadilla. i’ve been coming to them for about 5 years but still have yet to try everything. the only downside is their hours but if you keep up with their facebook page you can always catch them. they deserve all the love from anc!!!

I'm incredibly disappointed. I've been going to Boom Ba Laddy's for at least 8-10 years. My favorite is there fried tacos which they no longer serve. I got my second favorite, there steak quesadilla and not only was it under cooked(cheese was cold and not melted) they chopped up a hamburger patty instead of useing there steak. I took a few bites and ended up going to Taco bell.

Another of Anchorage's fabulous food trucks. Tonight we're at the Lions Club park in Eagle River for the New Year's Eve celebration. Major drag: pepsi products. No Sprite; no Coke. Major plus: they serve a tasty mushroom and Swiss burger, decent fries and tater tots.Later in the evening, I reheated Mrs. E's chili dog. Very good! Our friends shared their Philly Steak, chili and the famous Boom Ba Laddy (bbq pork, grilled onions, peppers and potatoes covered in cheese). All selections were outstanding and made for an excellent evening. The prices were reasonable, too!Watch for this truck in and around Anchorage and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! 12/22

Boom Ba Laddy's delivered a steak and gooey Philly Cheese sandwich that was absolutely delicious. My husband brought 1 home to me from a work event he went to today and it was delicious! We have tried several around Anchorage and this one has won thus far! Thank you Boom Ba Laddy's!

Finally gave this a try... don't regret it at all. Definitely a mighty sandwich. Chili was on as well. The kids liked it too!

Sweet that they catered their food free of charger for the caregivers and all that attended the event. However; they state on their truck that they're a "Mobile Cafe" definitely displeased of the Italian sodas as they also arrived to us warm with the ice already melted and very, dirty lids (grease on them). I ordered the sunrise burger and it's very greasy to the point where I had to stop 1/4 into due to it giving me a tummy ache.The company has good intentions, but I would say they need to take these things into consideration.
