one of my most favorite food spots in anchorage! they have so much to choose from but personally, my favorites are the boom ba laddy plate & steak quesadilla. i’ve been coming to them for about 5 years but still have yet to try everything. the only downside is their hours but if you keep up with their facebook page you can always catch them. they deserve all the love from anc!!!
Another of Anchorage's fabulous food trucks. Tonight we're at the Lions Club park in Eagle River for the New Year's Eve celebration. Major drag: pepsi products. No Sprite; no Coke. Major plus: they serve a tasty mushroom and Swiss burger, decent fries and tater tots.Later in the evening, I reheated Mrs. E's chili dog. Very good! Our friends shared their Philly Steak, chili and the famous Boom Ba Laddy (bbq pork, grilled onions, peppers and potatoes covered in cheese). All selections...read full review

Ordered Hawaiian burger no ham with fries. Juicy delicious one of the best burgers intown I have tried. Grilled onions the grilled red peppers n grilled pineapple on top of wonderful beef patty cheese lettuce tomato and warm bun. Will return for more..
