Honest to god the best place for burritos in Anchorage. UAA/APU students should know, burritos are ~$12 and it’s enough for two meals or one gigantic meal. My go-to is the sausage breaky burrito but I’ve tried quite a few of their options and they’re all delicious. Staff is incredibly friendly and, either because I’m there too often or because they pay good attention to customers, they’re always happy to get my order started and chat while it’s made. Not the expected traditional experience. It is within a gas station. In small towns where I grew up, you would find gas stations set up similarly. The service is awesome, the atmosphere simple with only two tables but it works. Most people get food to go. Food is good and in generous portions. Nostalgic and Veterans get a discount.
