Shannon really knows how to cook. Between her cooking skills, customer service, passion for food and genuine smile when you walk in, you can't get better food in downtown Anchorage. Today was my cheat day and I am so glad I went to Cajun Corner. I took home a 4 piece catfish, rice and beans, and fried okra. Everything was perfect! From the breading to the seasoning to the care in packaging my to-go order (which is rare). I can tell that they take great pride in their food....
I had the lobster dip and an order of shrimp. The man making the food was very friendly and whipped the food up quickly. The lobster dip was delicious, and I had enough leftover to put it in my scrambled eggs the next morning - delicious x2! The shrimp were super fresh and tender, and the seasoning was well balanced and tasty. Hope to come back!
The owner was an amazing and gracious hostess. The food was amazing 👏🏾 and we didn't have to wait forever for the yummy goodness! ☺️ I am definitely giving it a 10 out of 10!
