Horrible service I spent 40 dollars on a door dash order I had chicken strips and chicken stars they didn’t put any sauce and it was listed on the receipt to have bbq and buffalo sauce I got nothing. Eat here at your own risk oh and I called the store 3 times to complain and they don’t even answer the phone . Who is the manager ? I hope the district manager see this MAKE SURE ORDERS HAVE SAUCES FOR THE NUGGETS AND STRIPS !!!! I love Carl’s Jr but today 40 dollars down the drain

Person that took our order got 3 of the 4 things wrong. Good thing we had a receipt. Fries were cold. Both of us were sick by the time we got home. Avoid this place!
The first morning of our stay in Alaska I stopped in to grab some breakfast. I love Carl's Jr typically and the food was pretty good as usual but they didn't give me syrup for the french toast sticks for my grandson. I didn't notice until I got back to the hotel. When I came back for breakfast again a couple days later and mentioned it I got "Oh sorry". I wasn't expecting a free meal or anything but maybe a little more concern about the service.
