Edward working the drive threw was awesome he gets 5 stars!! I feel like everytime I go to fast food places now days people don’t sound happy and are so rude he was so nice at the speaker and the window. The food was a little disappointing this visit you could tell the fries and onion rings on my burger were sitting awhile they were stale and cold and my burger was not warm so didn’t finish the full meal but I’ll try again next time and hope for a better outcome on the...read full review

The first morning of our stay in Alaska I stopped in to grab some breakfast. I love Carl's Jr typically and the food was pretty good as usual but they didn't give me syrup for the french toast sticks for my grandson. I didn't notice until I got back to the hotel. When I came back for breakfast again a couple days later and mentioned it I got "Oh sorry". I wasn't expecting a free meal or anything but maybe a little more concern about the service.
