“I’m a transplant from Louisiana. Went to Anchorage for eye surgery and found out there is a Raising Canes there. Love my Canes made me think of home. They do have a lot of homeless around and one lil guy asked for food so of course I’m not going to let anyone go hungry.“

“I’m a tastee freeze lover always but tonight was a different experience! If you’ve ever been to tastee freeze in the summer you know how busy it can be! I ordered food on door dash for pickup, and unfortunately the marinara sauce lid was not on all the way and it spilled all over our food. I called to let them know and the sweet young lady working offered to remake them, and when I came back in the pick them up she was super kind and apologetic. She even took the care to tape the sauce shut.“

“Food poisoned at the Boniface Taco King March 10th, 2025. I think the open sauces haven't been changed in a while, or the shrimp was bad in my burrito. I threw up multiple times throughout the night into the next morning. Laid in bed all day March 11th I haven't eaten in 24hrs. It's now March 12th, and I'm still on fluids only. This is the first time this has happened to me at one of your locations. I've eaten at other Taco King's and your food is really good, but this past experience was horrible.“

“I ordered three "the box" meals at Raising Cane's Tikhatnu location the other day, but the food wasn't prepared well. After sending an email, Daisy (the manager) asked me a couple of questions and replaced our meal. It's great to support a business that prioritizes customer service, which is increasingly rare, especially since the pandemic.“

“The staff here are always so wonderful and positive and such hard workers! The only downside is a million Uber eats and DoorDash Tags popping out of the machines while there’s long line of people waiting. It’s overwhelming for me as a customer just to see, let alone the employees.It is almost inhumane to expect so much from these workers. Please pay them more or hire more staff, I believe if the QDOBA manager is probably doubling its profits due to Uber and DoorDash, their staff should as well.“

“I came here cause I was hungry and I ordered my food (as one does) and I was met with the awful terrible information that you guys unfortunately no longer carry the delicious sweet wonderful dipping flavor that is known as Honey Mustard ™ I was distraught knowing my favorite condiment was no longer apart of this franchise that I love so deeply. 😢 But one of your lovely employees shared my pain and we had a wonderful 30 seconds together. Kid-friendliness: Clean and had helmets for little jimmy in every bathroom I was extremely impressed for being smack dab in the middle of the ever increasing infamy we all know and love the one the only spunyard of Anchorage your very own Spenard AK.“

“I am writing this review for two of the BEST workers in this establishment: Terry & Tia. I am a dasher and they both were working very hard and doing their best at getting together the orders that were in-house as well as their online orders. Terry had excellent communication with me. I really enjoyed both Terry and Tia's hardwork as well as their Teamwork. Not sure who the strawberry blonde girl was, but every time I was in to pick-up an order, she seems lazy. Always on here. Not washing her hands after taking off her gloves. Stays by the ice cream machine. Doesn't help any other staff members disperse food. Its very unprofessional. She needs to step up and learn to wash her hands every time she takes her gloves off and after she touches her phone. Her phone should be a last resort when the establishment is super busy with both orders. Its very sad that that Management has an employee like her working. She'd be wrote up and let go if it I was managing the place. Other than that, I hope management congrats Terry & Tia. 02/17/25“

“While most of the employees are great there are a few that are going through the motions. I have recently run into an employee who messed up my order but the restaurant was very good at correcting the mistake. Otherwise, the food is good and the employees are friendly. The food is hot when you get it and service is quick.“

“Every fast food place was packed after the hockey game and these guys were just getting the cars through the guy taking the orders with soul Pleasant got everything right still provided customer service and accuracy when I went to the window you could see the entire team working together to get the orders up to the window and everything was in there. Nothing was missing. They were perfect. I didn't have anything missing the food was just made it was seasoned everything that was part of the meal was included I'm so impressed by them they got their long lines down with accuracy customer service efficiency and professionalism. The night crew rocked it. I was over at the Wendy's line and I finally drove over to their line because I kept watching all the cars leaving I'm so glad that I did“

“Didn't know kiosks are more of a thing now, I looked at the menu for a while and was confused about why my order wasn't taken until someone at the cash register said something. I felt silly. It's been a while since I've gone in person to a Tacobell, and any fast food restaurant really, but I appreciate how fast my order was given to me. And I got everything I asked for. Wouldn't mind showing up in person to buy food some time in the future if my finances allow it.“

“Pretty good for what it is.Decent amount of food for the price. The shrimp pesto is as good as any Italian restaurant in town. Pretty good taste and quality for a takeout/Delivery only place with the food served in a takeout box.I have not tried any of their other dishes or sides.“
