“There aren’t many Raising Cane’s locations here in Anchorage, but the one on Dimond is definitely a good one. Even when there’s a long line, they seem to get everyone through pretty fast. Every time we eat here, we never regret it. The food is always good, the chicken is crispy, and you can tell they have standards when it comes to the quality of their food. It’s still fast food, of course, but I’d choose Cane’s over KFC or McDonald’s any day. The prices are pretty reasonable for what you get, too. This has honestly become my go-to place when I don’t know what else to eat. Good food, consistent quality, and usually pretty quick service even when they’re busy. Definitely one of my favorite fast food spots in Anchorage!“

“The banana splits i ordered were already melted by the time the new guy got it assembled and deliveredto the counter.
I ordered three, by the time I got to my car all 3 were a disaster, I had to dump 1/3 of it so it wouldn't mess up the inside of my car, not even half way through it, it was basically a messed up shake.
They really need to deliver their ice cream items quicker.“

“Food poisoned at the Boniface Taco King March 10th, 2025. I think the open sauces haven't been changed in a while, or the shrimp was bad in my burrito. I threw up multiple times throughout the night into the next morning. Laid in bed all day March 11th I haven't eaten in 24hrs. It's now March 12th, and I'm still on fluids only. This is the first time this has happened to me at one of your locations. I've eaten at other Taco King's and your food is really good, but this past experience was horrible.“

“I ordered three "the box" meals at Raising Cane's Tikhatnu location the other day, but the food wasn't prepared well. After sending an email, Daisy (the manager) asked me a couple of questions and replaced our meal. It's great to support a business that prioritizes customer service, which is increasingly rare, especially since the pandemic.“

“That lady at Lucky kitchen was totally rude.She rolled her eyes on us a few times, for no reason. If she doesn't know how to treat people right, then she shouldn't work in public. It's my first time to visit your store, and that was the impression I got. I am extremely disappointed of her. Remember she's representing your store. Whatever they do, that reflects on you. “I am writing this review for two of the BEST workers in this establishment: Terry & Tia. I am a dasher and they both were working very hard and doing their best at getting together the orders that were in-house as well as their online orders. Terry had excellent communication with me. I really enjoyed both Terry and Tia's hardwork as well as their Teamwork. Not sure who the strawberry blonde girl was, but every time I was in to pick-up an order, she seems lazy. Always on here. Not washing her hands after taking off her gloves. Stays by the ice cream machine. Doesn't help any other staff members disperse food. Its very unprofessional. She needs to step up and learn to wash her hands every time she takes her gloves off and after she touches her phone. Her phone should be a last resort when the establishment is super busy with both orders. Its very sad that that Management has an employee like her working. She'd be wrote up and let go if it I was managing the place. Other than that, I hope management congrats Terry & Tia. 02/17/25“

“Pretty good for what it is.Decent amount of food for the price. The shrimp pesto is as good as any Italian restaurant in town. Pretty good taste and quality for a takeout/Delivery only place with the food served in a takeout box.I have not tried any of their other dishes or sides.“

“This is my favorite and go-to Subway location in all of South Central Alaska. I have been coming here for over 25 years and the current crew has been in place for quite a long time. They move through a large lunch crowd with efficiency and quality. I would highly recommend this particular location for those needing consistency, quality, and turnaround time for busy people on their lunch break.“

Tldr: Bathrooms NOT good for families or mobility needs.

It's great they have a play place when so few McDonald's do anymore, but you can't call yourself family friendly when the only bathroom is in the gas station next door. The bathroom in the McDonald's is closed off and if you go to the Chevron you have to get a pass code to get in and there's no changing table. The ADA compliant stall is also blocked off. Pretty humiliating experience to be covered in baby poop and carrying my also-poop covered baby through the McDonald's and Chevron only to have to clean her up and change her on a bench seat in the playplace. Do better.“

“While most of the employees are great there are a few that are going through the motions. I have recently run into an employee who messed up my order but the restaurant was very good at correcting the mistake. Otherwise, the food is good and the employees are friendly. The food is hot when you get it and service is quick.“

“I love it so much that I don't think it is right that the employees only make $9.75 an hour and the customers don't even have a place to sign for a tip. A person like me who lives on tips knows how important it is to receive them for bills. I was really upset to leave this place without being able to give them a tip because I only have my Visa card on me and there's no place to leave one for them. Hardly anyone carries cash anymore so if your a supervisor you should find out how to make it to where people could leave a tip on the receipt paper. I'm not going to support a business who doesn't care about there employees. Just to rent a place in Alaska is $1400 for rent. Come on subway it ain't gonna come out of your pocket anyways. “The sandwich I got was handled with such care , took a little longer than usual to make , but that’s what I loved about that, he made it so well. It was evenly distributed all throughout the sandwich. It was so perfect, I almost cried, I only let out a few tears. I genuinely was so happy, I would kill for that dude, he has a gift“

“Didn't know kiosks are more of a thing now, I looked at the menu for a while and was confused about why my order wasn't taken until someone at the cash register said something. I felt silly. It's been a while since I've gone in person to a Tacobell, and any fast food restaurant really, but I appreciate how fast my order was given to me. And I got everything I asked for. Wouldn't mind showing up in person to buy food some time in the future if my finances allow it.“

I'm not sure if she's the manager, but she runs this location so well. My pizza is always fresh and so tasty!!! My order is always right.
