“There aren’t many Raising Cane’s locations here in Anchorage, but the one on Dimond is definitely a good one. Even when there’s a long line, they seem to get everyone through pretty fast. Every time we eat here, we never regret it. The food is always good, the chicken is crispy, and you can tell they have standards when it comes to the quality of their food. It’s still fast food, of course, but I’d choose Cane’s over KFC or McDonald’s any day. The prices are pretty reasonable for what you get, too. This has honestly become my go-to place when I don’t know what else to eat. Good food, consistent quality, and usually pretty quick service even when they’re busy. Definitely one of my favorite fast food spots in Anchorage!“

“I ordered three "the box" meals at Raising Cane's Tikhatnu location the other day, but the food wasn't prepared well. After sending an email, Daisy (the manager) asked me a couple of questions and replaced our meal. It's great to support a business that prioritizes customer service, which is increasingly rare, especially since the pandemic.“

The service was kind and attentive, which definitely made the visit more pleasant. It’s not gourmet dining by any means, but if you're craving that familiar fried chicken flavor, this location delivers. Clean enough inside, and the staff kept things moving at a good pace. Overall, it hit the spot. Nothing fancy, just KFC done right.“
