I called Raising Canes to see if they offer the naked chicken option for people with gluten sensitivity. Daisy let me know they do offer it and let me know which fryer it would be fried it. Daisy then called me back to double check that I knew which fryer it was going to be in and that she'd inform the staff who would be prepping the chicken how it should be cooked. Loved the story in the menu. My wife and I love to read the history of restaurants. The chicken is so moist and the breading is amazing. Great sides. The staff was professional and the restaurant was super clean. The art and deco was very visually pleasing. Thanks!
