I ordered three "the box" meals at Raising Cane's Tikhatnu location the other day, but the food wasn't prepared well. After sending an email, Daisy (the manager) asked me a couple of questions and replaced our meal. It's great to support a business that prioritizes customer service, which is increasingly rare, especially since the pandemic.
Been to many Canes. Was very greasy. Fries were soggy and so was the texas toast.
We love Canes on for the quality of the chicken, its always juicy and perfectly cooked. Their fries are my personal favorite. The workers are nice enough but do sometimes rush you through ordering or dont understand what you say but thats okay. The atmosphere inside is always bustling so a bit on the loud side but its clean and has tons of seating.
