It's a busy restaurant almost always but I usually get my order in less than 10mins when it's busy. About a minute when not busy and gets me fresh food.
This was the best experience I've had at a McDonalds, it's just surprising that it happened to be at the airport. They got my order right, everything was clean, the food was fresh, the portions were generous, and the staff was SO nice!
Every employee I interacted with at this location was extremely friendly, and they were very professional as well. They went out of their way to ask me a question about my order to clarify it, and it really felt like they went above and beyond here!

At the Anchorage airport location, the service was lacking, with a disappointing drink experience and incorrect orders. The food portions were also small, and the prices were high. On the other hand, the servers made an effort to assist customers. At the Times Square location, the on-screen ordering system was confusing, but the food was prepared as ordered and arrived promptly. The airport location has limited space and no refills on drinks, leading to longer wait times. Overall, McDonald's provides familiar food, but the quality of service and experience may vary by location.
A visit to this McDonald's shows that employees seem to enjoy working there, and the product served was what would be expected. The food was very good, and the restaurant offers great vegetarian options, dietary choices, parking, kid-friendliness, and wheelchair accessibility. Customers appreciated the quick service, especially after midnight when waiting for a flight, and noted that the Denali Big Mac made with 100% real beef was better and highly recommended.
