“Great customer service (drive thru and counter service) has been consistently enjoyable for my son and I our last three visits. Attentive and polite employees at the Eagle River Arby’s location keeps us coming back to include the poppers and Jamocha shake. It’s refreshing to see respectful employees represent their brand with a mature and positive attitude, unlike their next door neighbor McD teenage management team. Keep up the good work, keep the food coming out fast and hot and I expect a Jamocha shake and Jalapeños with bronco sauce waiting for me lol“

“The new option to add subtract items from menu selections is excellent! I was able to add more red sauce, some Pico and jalapeños. Definitely created my own version and it was awesome. Staff was top notch. If we return to the area we will definitely be back.“
