Issue with my order, came back next day. Employees were very polite and understanding and was going to make it right. Their manager looks me over in my Christian apparel and asks for the burger so he can verify. And agrues why I did not call and drive 7 miles back to his restaurant to make a exchange. Then encourages me to do a charge back from my bank handing me my receipt back.... If you go there make sure you check your bag before driving off, otherwise you'll get harassment...read full review
The manager (women w burgundy hair)working today had phenomenal customer service. They accidentally put cheese on my beyond burger and not only remade it but refunded me for the whole meal!😊
I ordered a beyond burger and said a million times BEYOND BURGER and was given a regular burger, didn’t check until I got home. I can’t eat this. Thanks Carl’s Jr. 🙄
