The manager (women w burgundy hair)working today had phenomenal customer service. They accidentally put cheese on my beyond burger and not only remade it but refunded me for the whole meal!😊
Burger was good, but chicken strips were nasty, and this is the second time. Overcooked, thick and chunky batter, and the meat had a strange texture. Why did they have to change it? Even the new hot dipping sauce is terrible. The old buffalo sauce was better. How is it that they are charging more than ever before, but the food quality is the worst it has ever been?
Biscuits and Gravy are back - and they are excellent!!!
And as a coincidence I went back by there to get their jr. Cheeseburger special and also ordered fries.... mcdonalds fries are usually great but CARL'S Jr fries when served hot and fresh are so much better....wow. awesome. Seriously.
