Robin at the driver thru window is an absolute STAR, she was beyond kind to us at the box and was even MORE loving at the window. Pls give her a raise, she is a gem to the team and to the the carl’s jr community #
Food has always been precisely okay. Sometimes it's been a little cold, sometimes it's seemed underwhelming even for a fast food joint, but I tell you what it's better bang for buck than McDonalds. Sometimes Carl's Jr is just exactly what you need: fast, okay food for a decent price. Can't complain, 4/5. Also, everyone at this spot has always been nice.

Although workers were trying their best, J&D restaurants need to fix their problems... 45 min. In the drive through,... 3 employees and needing to hire more. We made the suggestion that they close the lobby and just do the window. Also J&D restaurants you need to plow the drive way!! All in all your Carls Jr in Eagle river is a failure!!
