Great service and friendly people
Food and service was amazing. Haven’t been in very many years and was unaware they did live music on a Thursday night. Was a bit loud for date night.
Garcia quickly became one of our favorite spots this summer. We’ve probably been here at least 8 times, which says a lot on its own (in 2 months).
A huge shout-out to Rea and Janna behind the bar, who always made our visits so much fun and took great care of us. We absolutely love sitting at the bar here. The service is consistently great, the margaritas are delicious, and we became completely obsessed with their local hazy IPA (I think it was from Matanuska Brewing).

Based on reviews, Garcia's Cantina & Cafe | Mexican offers amazing food and excellent service. The tacos are very fresh and hot, including options like halibut, shrimp, and fajita steak. The street tacos are on point, and the queso dip is also good. The mini chimi’s with jalapeño cream cheese are the best, and the Skillet fries have a huge portion generously topped with everything. The quesadilla with shredded chicken is very filling with super juicy chicken. The service is super friendly, fast, and fabulous, with prompt seating and quick delivery from the kitchen. The staff is kind, and the drinks and salsa are good. The restaurant remains amazing and is one of many favorites.
