Although workers were trying their best, J&D restaurants need to fix their problems... 45 min. In the drive through,... 3 employees and needing to hire more. We made the suggestion that they close the lobby and just do the window. Also J&D restaurants you need to plow the drive way!! All in all your Carls Jr in Eagle river is a failure!! We counted 3 cars leave due to the long wait!! Come on J&D give your managers control and authority to get things done! If it means shutting the lobby down till things get under control, so be it, or you come in to the restaurants and help out! If you can't handle the franchise then sell them!!

Upon arriving at the Drive-thru, the entrance was very icy and not maintained. It has large "potholes" of ice making it rough driving through. When making our order it was repeated correctly and we agreed. Once we got to the window, the "cashier" (didn't get name) but it looked like a store Manager by his uniform. Middle aged, gray haired man with glasses. Repeated our order incorrect. When we informed him of our correct order he got RUDE. He made a comment....(that's why I Repeated it!). Then walked away. I understand that people have bad days. But in a customer based service, that kind of attitude can be harmful to a business. I guess some people are socially adapted and some are not. In the latter it be better to not employ the kind of job.

Got a milk shake that was as liquid as chocolate milk. I looked at the girl and said this is not the way a milk shake should be! She says " Well I did not make it!" In a very snotty tone. I asked for my money back and got it but her reply was off the wall!

Your parking lot and drive through are covered in dangerous bumpy ice. Do something about it before someone’s vehicle gets damaged. I will not visit this store again until I see no ice!Parking: Dangerous!!!

One like one person ever working so on the rare occasion that I do go here it takes 25 minutes and I’m the only person in the drive-through. This morning they were closed But cannot make out the reason why because the speakers broken and the person on the other end was not speaking clearly.

Food has always been precisely okay. Sometimes it's been a little cold, sometimes it's seemed underwhelming even for a fast food joint, but I tell you what it's better bang for buck than McDonalds. Sometimes Carl's Jr is just exactly what you need: fast, okay food for a decent price. Can't complain, 4/5. Also, everyone at this spot has always been nice.
