“When Papa John Schnatter started this company, this location was the type of franchise he dreamed about. The pizza and staff were both stellar and this definitely will not be our first visit to this little spot in Eagle River. Whoever was working Sunday night, the 2nd of June, deserves a high five and a raise. Speedy, efficient, and courteous.Thank you for making pizza and movie night that much better!“

“Delicious food. This place is on par with Boston's Italian restaurants. The atmosphere and service was the absolute best. My husband and I came here to celebrate our 46th anniversary. Daniel, our waiter, made this celebration even more special. Would come back weekly if we didn't live in Maine. 🥰“

“I’ve traveled extensively across the United States and tried countless pizzas, but after living in Eagle River for nine years, Great Alaska Pizza Co. will always be my top choice whenever I return to visit. Although many people have come and gone from the store since I was younger, my family has a special connection there—we were well-known among the staff. Each visit brings back a sense of being home, and it’s something we truly cherish.
The food is consistently delicious, and I find myself missing it whenever I have to order from elsewhere. Their Hawaiian pizza with mushrooms is simply unbeatable!“
