First off they completely screwed up order. Left out a chalupa, food was cold and they didn't pay attention to add ons for ingredients and thats not even counting the sheer lack of expected ingredients (see photo of a "crunch wrap supreme"). When called they expressed that we could come in anytime to get a order remade for free. But I question if I ever will after this.
Absolutely horrendous.. the lobby is always trashed, the people here are on their phones, playing loud music that everyone can hear, having the most ridiculous conversations, I’ve been here multiple times and every single time the order is screwed up in one way or another… on top of that it says they open at 7am but if you go wait in line at 6;55 they’ll have an attitude with you and tell you it’s not till 730-745 and tell you to get out of line…. Saw employment grabbing each other. They NEVER get my order right or don't add stuff to it. Lazy service. Have to ask multiple times to put tomatoes on my Supreme tacos. Never add extra beef when I ask.
