Saw employment grabbing each other. They NEVER get my order right or don't add stuff to it. Lazy service. Have to ask multiple times to put tomatoes on my Supreme tacos. Never add extra beef when I ask.

First off they completely screwed up order. Left out a chalupa, food was cold and they didn't pay attention to add ons for ingredients and thats not even counting the sheer lack of expected ingredients (see photo of a "crunch wrap supreme"). When called they expressed that we could come in anytime to get a order remade for free. But I question if I ever will after this.

Absolutely horrendous.. the lobby is always trashed, the people here are on their phones, playing loud music that everyone can hear, having the most ridiculous conversations, I’ve been here multiple times and every single time the order is screwed up in one way or another… on top of that it says they open at 7am but if you go wait in line at 6;55 they’ll have an attitude with you and tell you it’s not till 730-745 and tell you to get out of line…. We went back around and guess what, “hey guys we’ll be open in 10 minutes, get out of line”…. Are you kidding me?? This place is absolutely disrespectful and not worth going to, I will never go here again, this Taco Bell is here to serve the people and soldiers of this base, and they don’t even have the common decency to say good morning…. Just wow

Ordered through doordash since I'm sick. The quesadilla had barely any cheese and no sour cream, which I PAID FOR. The soft taco was cold, the challupa was WET and completely inedible. Out of the box and the quesadilla the ONLY edile items were the chips and cheese, the Cinnabon delights and barely the burrito. Do yall not know how to read or cook food? This is unacceptable.
Taco didn’t have hardly any meat and was crack. When brought back they told me to deal with it. Not happy with this place!

never had an issue with this taco bell until tonight. they didn’t add the beef or any cheese to my crunchwrap supreme. they need to pay attention to their orders

They have been messing up orders left and right all there staff sit there and hangs on there phone instead of preparing orders I’ve sat in there lobby plenty of times waiting on door dash orders even had to be late dropping off orders because of them they never put sauces in the drive thru orders. Either fix the service or close the Taco Bell
