“I love trying out different restaurants when coming into Anchorage and Rickshaw didn't disappoint. We ordered appetizers Crispy shrimp Cakes and beef curry roti and spring rolls. Very good. I loved the drunken noodle dish with chicken ! Family ordered the Ramen and the pad see ew. everything was delicious and recommended“
“Have tried the potsticker soup with noodles twice now—fantastic! The broth is so savory, and they make their own potstickers too. Can’t wait to try dim sum on the weekends when they make that. Don’t be put off by the slightly strange location, it’s a hidden gem for sure.“
“We recently came home to Alaska and our server remembered what we drank after being away for 2 years, as if we never left. The food is always a comfort, fresh and delicious, both the buffet and Mongolian grill. With time quality and service sometimes changes... not here, we have been coming for nearly 30 years and it is always consistent.“
“Egg Foo Young is close to my heart but not every place has it, not every place serves huge portions like this, and not every place serves it with American brown gravy. For those who enjoy this dish..one of the best I’ve ever had. For those who have never tried it, it is indeed an omelette with gravy on top served with rice. Nothing special about it but it’s nostalgic and delish for the ones that enjoy it. As mentioned before..portion is Huge! I’m not in anchorage much but this is my spot and this is my dish whenever I’m in town.“
“Yeah. Go there for the food, not the service. I’ve been going here for years and the same owner / waitress is always tight lipped and businesslike. Sometimes rude. No smiling- ever. Anyone who writes here that they had excellent customer service should consider themselves blessed. The food makes up for it. Pricing is very reasonable, in my opinion, post-Covid. You get a lot for your money. It’s too bad that the service is so poor. This place could be so much better.“
“I've been ordering out from Northern China for over 20 years (back when the combo A was less than $10). The food is great and the service is excellent. They've never made a mistake with any of my orders and the food has been consistent throughout the years. It's one of the few places in Anchorage I frequent on a regular basis.“
“That lady at Lucky kitchen was totally rude. She rolled her eyes on us a few times, for no reason. If she doesn't know how to treat people right, then she shouldn't work in public. It's my first time to visit your store, and that was the impression I got. I am extremely disappointed of her. Remember she's representing your store. Whatever they do, that reflects on you. Oh yeah you deserved zero star by the way. Let me see if I could report you to BBB“
“We went here for our daughter's birthday with a party of 12 and everybody loved the food. I have to say the food i ordered, the General tso's chicken platter, was amazing and their menu also has a enormous selection of sushi rolls to choose from. The service was great, the atmosphere was very "asian cuisine like". If I had to critique one thing I'd say that their miso soup was a little too salty but besides that... on point!Kid-friendliness: Out of a party of 12 nine of them were kids and everything surprisingly went pretty well ?“
“I have eaten here a couple of times, and the first two times, the food was amazing. This last time was a miss for me. Not only was the order not correct when I got home, but the overall taste was bland. I'm just going to chalk it up to a one-off for now.“
“From starters - when walking in, you see a very beautiful fish tank filled with what I believe are Garibaldi fish! They are super cute and almost seem like they attempt to follow you! The seats are nice and cushiony and it's not very crowded! The food was delicious! We had the girlfriend roll, which we ate all of, and it filled us up quickly before even getting to our main meal! The wait time was a bit long, but it helped us regain some hunger for our main meal. The workers were very kind and didn't need us to repeat our menu orders and actually got it all correct! I highly recommend this place“
“Super friendly service over the phone and at the front desk. I placed my order by calling in as I walked to the restaurant (<10 minutes) and my food was ready shortly after I arrived! The inside was nicely decorated and had a relaxed vibe to it, I didn't stay long though as I was on a mission. The serving gave me 2.5 delectable servings, which is a huge plus for a broke college student as I.“
“Been craving Dim Sum and was told this is the only spot in town. Menu is very limited and prices were steep for what we’re accustomed to. But as I just mentioned, only spot in town. We had multiple places we were eating at so we didn’t order too much. The bean curds were good but at almost $12, I’m not sure. The Har Gow were big and juicy. The spicy wontons were our favorite“
