Rice Garden is a restaurant serving consistent delicious “classic” American Chinese food and incredible steaks. The location is not the best, and the building is a bit deceiving, but the place is a hidden gem with reasonable prices. Service is very friendly and welcoming, with super fast service. The staff are super nice and friendly. The steak was incredible, and the tenderloin (14oz) and 22oz porterhouse are perfectly cooked and tender. The best sweet and sour chicken is also highly recommended. Other dishes like the breaded almond chicken come with a very generous portion and good steamed rice. The chef seafood special, shrimp, and Mongolian beef are also on point. The egg flower soup is very good, and the combo appetizer has a good variety of starters. However, the lo mein and chow mein were both a real disappointment. Prime rib is only available on Fridays and Saturdays, and the restaurant closes early.
