This is our fav place to go when we get to go anchorage. Reading my first review compared to how I feel after 3 years of coming here ALOT in 2023 & 2024. Every Friday for a min there we had date night. We ate it go to. My BF moved to valley for me in end of 2024 so we were no longer regulars.
We love and know the family that owns & runs the place they are all wonderful. They are all happy to be there and to see u enjoy their food.

People there are very kind, greeted me right when I came to the door and were very attentive to what I wanted. Enjoyed talking with them
Food is delicious! They brought the food with beautiful smiles which made the food even BETTER. Felt so home-like hearing cheerful customers conversing with the staff.

The Golden Gate Restaurant is a Chinese establishment known for its super friendly service and cozy atmosphere. Located in Anchorage, it is reputed to offer some of the best dine-in food in the area.
