“Been here many times and it’s always great! We like to go at least once a month because it’s one of our favorite restaurants in Anchorage. Staff is very friendly and the food is always delicious! Great variety of banchan that varies from time to time. Tried a lot of the different dishes, some of my favorites have been the Mahndoo Guk (beef dumpling soup), rabokki (spicy rice cake with ramen), bibimbop, and samgyup sal (pork belly table grill meat)! I also recommend the Bokbunja (Korean fruit wine), it’s very good. I definitely recommend dining in for the full experience!“

“We wanted a quiet place for a reunion dinner so we tried Pho Lotus for the first time tonight. It was nice and quiet. The service was outstanding. We were greeted immediately and got water within 30 seconds of being seated. Our server showed up to take our orders less than two minutes later. The food came out surprisingly quickly. Everybody was very happy with their food and the portions were big enough to provide another meal the next day. We will definitely be back.“

“Actually feel like giving it five stars. The dolsot bibimpop was delicious in its simplicity, AND it was nice not to have rice dominate as in most Korean restaurants.
Hubby got the Ojingeo Bokkeum which was served in a hot bowl (like the dolsot bibimpop). It was fresh, and the “medium spice” heat had a good kick.
We always enjoy the small bowls of cold vegetables and kimchees.
Their kimchee was so crunchy, fresh and had a hint of ginger; truly was the best I’ve had.
Service was very friendly.
This is in a strip mall. Look past that to the food. Mmmm.
I’ve been to Korean restaurants that offer more little kimchees, or refills so that’s why four stars, but it was ENOUGH. So, five stars for quantity and deliciousness.
The sweet cinnamon “tea” was similar to a cinnamon roll. Real cinnamon and ginger have been simmered in brown sugar water. Smooth and flavorful. No flavored water beverage.
Whether familiar or not with Korean food, a meal here should be tried (and enjoyed)“

“Yeah. Go there for the food, not the service. I’ve been going here for years and the same owner / waitress is always tight lipped and businesslike. Sometimes rude. No smiling- ever. Anyone who writes here that they had excellent customer service should consider themselves blessed. The food makes up for it. Pricing is very reasonable, in my opinion, post-Covid. You get a lot for your money. It’s too bad that the service is so poor. This place could be so much better.“

“Probably the best smoothie in Anchorage. All the flavors they have are tasty, there's a good selection of nutritional additives from protein to bee pollen (helps with allergies) and of course the beloved bobba. Relative fast, hardly ever a wait.“
