The food was tasty.
Our server gave the impression that substitutions couldn't be made for sushi rolls, except for serious alergies. Because of food sensitivities, plus allergies, there's a lot on the menu I can't eat without alterations. I checked with a different server later and was told substitutions can be made, just only 1 or 2, which could've worked for me, except it was past 2pm and the sushi bar closes from 2-4pm.
