The gentleman that was working the dt window around 1053 am that is from Manchester is an absolute delight. Id advise your management and corporate offices to make sure he is happy and well paid. The energy he gave, followed by the smile and politeness is rare now a days especially in this town. Wish I could rate 20 stars out of 5. Keep up the good work. Also food was cooked and not soggy definitely the better fast food establishments in Anchorage. 🍞

Arby's offers pretty basic food with hot and fresh cheese sticks. The crew is usually nice and organized, although there may be turnover. The location has been renovated and appears cleaner. There's a deal going on right now where you can get their gigantic double roast beef meal for just 7 bucks if you order it online through the Arby's app. The prices are high, and customers often spend more per meal here than at any other fast food location. However, the fantastic selection, excellent service, and incomparable tasty mountains of "The Meats" make this a no-brainer. The original roast beef was really good, and customers like the variety of dipping sauces. While the food is normally pretty good, some have experienced issues like missing items or old potato cakes that were hard as rocks. The staff is generally quick to correct mistakes, but customers have found it disappointing when items are unavailable, like the milkshake machine being down. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired, but it's still a top choice for a quick bite to eat.
