Charleys Cheesesteaks

I stopped by Charley’s Cheesesteaks the other day, and I was really impressed. The food was hot and super fresh, exactly what I wanted. Even though they had a few people waiting, my order came out pretty fast. The staff was also super friendly and made the experience even better. You can tell they care about getting everything just right for their customers. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick, delicious meal!

Ima be honest I had my doubts with the teriyaki chicken but this absolutely SLAPS oh my godddd

Ever since new owners took over, they always get my order wrong... I miss the old owners. I asked for pickles on the side, never even give me my pickles

We were in line to order and noticed the cooks & the cashier were not changing out their gloves. One of them was on her phone and preparing someone’s food. The other cook was wiping his nose, while cooking. We immediately got out of line and went elsewhere.

The last time I was here, I did not get what I ordered and left unsatisfied. I decided to give it another go further down the line, and this time the service was much better! The staff has always been kind, and now they point out all of the options that are going to be put on your sandwich, so you can easily say what you do and don't want. I'm editing my previous review since the issue I had last time appears to have been resolved.

The Charley's at the Dimond center loads tons of lettuce and tomatoes, but almost no meat at all. Would not recommend this location.

1.) tried to use my rewards but it wasn’t opening up cuz the wifi becomes @ss once u get to the food court. the old korean man (50/50 he’ll blow up in ur face. better dealing with anyone else) who’s always there told us to “use it later” as a horrible solution. (no one behind us) but solved it by walking out of the court redeem and walk back in. tip; u gotta redeem it for the code before u even enter the mall.2) not sure if he’s new (tall, looks native, seems nice but incompetence when doing the cashiering job) but again tried to use my rewards, it beeped i believe but it was rush hour and dude did not put the rewards in.3) (diff time) the reason i’m doing a review. HE GAVE US BEEF INSTEAD OF CHICKEN. same new guy. we clearly said CHICKEN ?. only noticed we got beef when i opened it and then looked at the receipt but they were already closed and the cashier charged us for beef. ughh. like fook, now i gotta look at the receipt and food every time. we got 5 phillys and 3 fries for $71 so ofc i wasn’t happy. especially cuz they were for my siblings who never tried it before. #chickentastesomuchbetterthanbeef??? and even if i went back it’ll be “but ur receipt says beef” their words against mine anyways ughother from the mistakes the foods sooo good. i recommend it.
