Based on the reviews, Softer is an ice cream shop located in the food court at the Dimond Mall. The ice cream is very smooth and creamy, and the cones are fabulous. The taiyaki waffles are delicious, and the Oreo flavor is recommended. The chocolate soft serve and the chocolate/strawberry swirl in the takiyaki cone are popular choices. Other menu items include the Milk & Ube Swirl with a Taiyaki Waffle and a Nutella Tayaki with milk soft serve and Oreo crumbles. The service is very good, and the employees are thoughtful, friendly, super sweet, patient, and super nice. The store is also spotless clean. Overall, the ice cream is amazing, and the treats are yummy.
