Jennifer was the best!!perfect service and great attitude! She kept an eye on our glasses and made sure they were full throughout the duration of our visit and we loved that!! Will come back as long as I get her she is the best!!!! She is a 10 star in my book!!!

Was served raw chicken. Informed the staff to have it taken away and the manager came out to speak with us. Instead of apologizing and moving on with life it was a constant defense mode she was positive the chicken was up to temp before it was served. Nevermind looking at it and visibly seeing it's raw.

Went in there to order a couple side dishes to go.
1 girl ignored us, we stood there about 5 minutes.
She said sorry. 2 other girls came and they all talked and ignored us for another 5 minutes. Than.
They all proceeded to walk away from us. No greeting. No we will be right back. Nothing. I understand if you're busy but customer service is a part of your job as a front desk hostess. So we ended up leaving with no help. So very rude. There a plenty of places to eat and spend money at.

Kind of bummed by the lunch date my wife and I had. Mostly to do with food. Our server was great. Both attentive and pleasant.
We haven’t been to chilis in some time and decided to try it out since we were in Anchorage. We were happy to see they had chicken enchilada soup but it must have been a different recipe than they used to have.
The chicken strips I got with the lunch combo were tough and chewy, although the breading was good. I could only have one though.
Probably should have had a burger.

Was waiting on an order for more than 30minutes, everyone else beside us in the bar has gotten their orders and no one came to check on us so we just had to cancel. Very disappointed

RIBS.BRISKETS.

They were busy when we were first sat but died down fairly quickly and still had very poor service. Meal came before appetizer, refill on drinks never came, didn't inform that an item ordered was out until the rest of the meal was on our table. Even the manager took a while getting us change after getting most of the uneaten food off the check. Wouldn't go back, much better local places around.

In Anchorage for the week, tried to grab a drink & get food to-go. No bartender, Host wouldn't let me sit down to order & pointed me to a side door that I had to go outside to go through. No wait room, poor service. People asking me for money outside.
Don't waste your time or money there?

It's Chili's. I like. But they are all the same.

I just called for a take away order. They do not want you to go pay inside with your card. What a joke !!!
