“My family always visit this bar. My husband took me here 2 weeks ago as he became a regular at the bar and I enjoy the atmosphere, and groups of people are friendly. I meet Jen through my husband and she is awesome. Sweet lady running the bar, I don't drink alcohol I order Coke , I enjoy everyone's company and got to meet the old folks. No trouble maker and always a good times here, I get to enjoy the night without looking over your shoulder for trouble. Pool table on site great to enjoy and learning from the old folks. “The all you can eat BBQ was incredible. The wait staff checked on us every 5 minutes or so. They brought our request of meat immediately and were quick on drink and side refills. There is no better place in Anchorage for all you can eat BBQ.“

“I have always loved ginger. I keep going back because of the consistency of the food and drinks. The Mac and cheese, chicken lettuce wraps and the meekrob are always delicious, but this last time that I went was so strange. I got the meekrob. The shrimp tasted fine, but oddly enough the chicken and the sausage in my dish tasted so fishy that I couldn’t even eat the meat. My boyfriend got the drunken noodles, and they were so salty that they were almost inedible. We do not complain when we go out, and I have NEVER sent food back to the kitchen. I’m not that kinda girl. I grin and bear it, but I was pretty disappointed this last time eating there. Born and raised in Alaska and local to Anchorage, it’s one of my staples, but I don’t know how much I’ll be eating there in the future.“

“The fried chicken sandwich is good (but it tasted like fish). I really liked the Boba fizzy soda. The mac and cheese tasted like Annie's boxed mac and cheese. Don't bother paying for it. You can make it at home. The caramel apple bread pudding is heavenly!! Portion sizes are good! I had leftovers.“
