Ice cream is good and every thing, but on Sunday 10-27 between 4pm and 5pm my son and I found hair in our ice cream after we had gotten home. Waste of $20

Okay so sorry about the picture (I already half ate it before I took it) but this place is sooooo tasty! So the power had gone out earlier that day so their screens weren't working but she worked as fast as she could and we talked a lot and she was so friendly! She eventually got the problem fixed but we weren't in a rush. But the ice cream tasted very rich and was overall delicious ?

Please be very careful when ordering with Doordash from here. 2 out of the 4 times I ordered the sizes were messed up. Sometimes I dont even get my ordered mix ins. Today was one of those days. First I ordered Ice-cream for my son and I. When we opened the bag my cone was in there but my ice-cream was not. I called to let them know and went to pick up my replacement Gotta Have It size. I get back home and after a few bites saw that in fact my Gotta have it was replaced with a Like It bowl inside a Gotta Have It size. I had to go back again. The sizes are clearly different. What didn't make sense was the girl kept telling me that she didn't know it was a Gotta Have It order but just stuck the Like it sizen inside the bigger bowl because she made too much. Like what? The lids are practically the same size but the bowls will not allow for the volume of one ice-cream order to be stuffed into a smaller size. Hopefully this wasn't on purpose so the company makes more money than they spend but I'm starting to suspect something honestly. Yes from now on it will be pick up. DD is too expensive to keep being messed up on so that you can have the luxury of not leaving the house.

Clean and tidy spot to dine in and enjoy your ice cream! The staff was exceptionally friendly, allowing us to sample as many flavors as we desired and offering helpful suggestions on flavor combinations and toppings. I opted for the hot honey with strawberry, and the combination was simply divine—truly a delightful blend of flavors. I will definitely be returning for both the outstanding service and the rich, flavorful ice cream!*they didn’t offer tap pay**

Ice "cream" tastes bad. I've been only having Woohoo!'s, Gelatte & Wild Scoops the last few years, and WOW they are so much better than Coldstone. Coldstone flavor and texture was far worse, I won't go back. The texture is closer to thick and frozen oil, and the chocolate and pumpkin pie dough flavors were kind of bland.

Best location in Anchorage!!
I've been driving to Huffman to get Coldstone and realized the other day this one existed.
Way closer, nicer location and the staff is AWESOME. They had a gazillion online orders coming in but managed to work as a team and get the online orders completed AND the customers in the store as well. Plus they made my ice cream PERFECTLY. Super friendly.
Having a Coldstone so close to home could get dangerous.
But on the upside, I made it home before my ice cream melted. Lol

First time going into a Cold Stone. Xiomara was horrible. Unprofessional. Impatient. Condescending. Rude. And why? The quality of work she produce was subpar to say the most.
