Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers great service, with employees providing excellent energy and personality. The food is great, with correct and delicious orders. While the interior may have some cleanliness issues, the food and service make up for it. Additionally, their banana shake is a highlight.
The staff here are amazing, smiling and friendly. Food is ready quickly and is delicious. The store is very clean, and the parking lot is even clean. It's a chill place with chill staff, though the dessert-making process can be messy. The staff handle the busy environment well and stay positive.
The service is great, and they handle accidents with a good attitude. The indoor decor is pretty good but a bit sparse. The food, whether hot or cold, is tasty.
The bathroom is not easy to access, and the soap dispensers are empty, making it hard for employees to wash up. The Brownie Blizzard is a favorite, and the cheese curds are hot, fresh, crispy, and chewy. The burger can be a bit messy, with too much mayo, but the toppings are fresh. Overall, it's a good value for the price.
