Loved our server, attentive and caring, and we could tell she was busy-felt valued each time she checked on us and she got answers or refills promptly without hesitation

We held our company party there, paid 3k. They fed us Costco food. Literally stuff you can get pre prepared at Costco. We won’t be going back, and will be warning others not to as well.

Celebrated my sister birthday here. Tool 45+ minutes after being seated to get water. Had to get the manager to obra in Silver we’re and napkins. My food wasnt great but not terrible. 3 peoples platea in our party came out ice cold. Terrible service.

Came here to get a late night bite to eat, but every time I come here the service is utterly horrible! The staff is extremely rude and will find any reason to kick you out unless you're constantly ordering more overpriced food. Just today I was nonchalantly bickering about the exorbitant prices on the menu with the waitress, she agrees tells me things are "out of control nowadays". I presume to finish my burger (which was really good btw was thinking about tipping well) and the waitress returns with manager and a security guard claiming she felt threatened after I complained about the prices saying "I don't set the prices" I was genuinely confused and fully aware she doesn't set prices, I merely asked her for her opinion in order to get best value entrees [P.S. I did not order any alcohol whatsoever nor did I drink prior]

Hello, this is not really a complaint more of a suggestion… while scrolling through the app. I saw the notification of being able to get a winter pass. I got very excited about this because as a single mother of two children living in Alaska, it is difficult at times to find things fun for us to do indoors. When I went to inquire about it, Anchorage, Alaska is not one of the participating states. It’s normally a VERY special day when we get to go to Dave & Buster’s because for my budget, it is a little bit expensive. I just found out I hit icon status which gives a free entrée which is pretty sweet🎉😁

I really think it would be helpful to do more days of half price games like you do on Wednesdays as well as offering the winter unlimited passes to Alaskans. As far as the app and how easy you’ve made it to transfer points and money on cards, I think it’s excellent.

We also love the VR games and love to take a VR ride every time we visit, however we have had the same four games for the last six years with only one or two new ones ever being added. I think giving us some new VR games for the children and I to enjoy would be AWESOME. Our favorite is the Men in black Experience.

One last thing I just thought of ….the gift shop is pretty spectacular as far as what the kids get to choose from but I have noticed over the years. The options haven’t changed much.
I think it would be nice to get some new choices as well as getting the giant crane machine up and running with giant balls again!

Wheelchair accessibility: If somebody were to attend in a wheelchair, I think they would have an easy time getting around there’s plenty of room. I know when my daughter was in a stroller. We had no issues getting the stroller everywhere needed to go.

Come here often with our family to enjoy some play time. The staff is normally friendly and we are able to enjoy some play time with our children before getting a snack from somewhere in the mall.

The servers were just standing around and we were ignored for 15 minutes before getting acknowledged. The sad part is we were standing next to them.

Sit here and wait what feels like forever just decided to get an appetizer chips and queso it came out cold and chips was on the stale side service was horrible do not recommend coming here to eat at all maybe to play a few games but this place to eat was not it.

The place is great, could be more friendly to the indigenous population, after all we're in alaska. 2 of us got our drinks 1st then the food, after we all got our food the drinks were finally served in the end, not very nice, isn't it normal to serve the drinks 1st?
