Tasty fried foods; like crab legs & lobster, along with shrimp & catfish. Various sides available. Desserts are dreamy & plentiful. 6+ cake options with several pie choices. Will return. Davon's is open on Thursdays. Different vendors occupy space other days.
The food helps me not miss the lower 48 (hard to find Catfish here) and has also introduced me to cakes I had never heard of before!😁

Great place! Make sure if you go in you have about 2 hours to kill because you won't want to leave. The person behind the desk was nice too.

Excellent fried catfish, fried shrimp and fixins!
The fish was so on point- very good; best soul food fried fish so far in Anchorage. If you enjoy slightly sweet greens with a lil kick- you will enjoy them. The mac n cheese was a good. We dined in and the food came out ina timely manned.

Delicious soul food with large portions, I love getting a meal that has all the sides, a drink and dessert! All the cake was so delicious, I especially loved the lemon?
My son and I really enjoy the catfish dinner, definitely worth the drive. Very friendly people.

Food was really amazing I was looking for some great food with a southern twist and found it the yams are the best I’ve had in a long time 10/10 the lobster and shrimp plate was the bomb ? Great Service!!
