Going downhill. Small portions, lacking flavor, and greed taking over. Was really awesome when the older Korean man ran it.

I asked my husband to just buy lunch instead and decided to go to famous wok. We ordered a bourbon chicken and other few items. Husband came home and as i took my first bite of the chicken I spilled it out because it was still raw inside. It was not completely cooked. I dressed up and told my husband that we will take it back to the restaurant. We got there and i asked for a manager and when the manager came out from the counter i even asked if he would like to talk on the other side of the counter so no other customers can hear my complain and he said its okay we can talk here at the front counter. I said okay. As i was telling him what happened to my order he was just looking at me like he doesn't care or anything. All he asked me was “ do you want your money back or you want your food? I said just refund me the money and he was like okay. So he handed me the
Money. And i asked the manager - No sorry or anything? Then he said “ well i’m sorry”
This is not how you supposed to handle your customers with a complaint. What a horrible experience with the manager.

With grisly meat and bland sauces, this place has gone way downhill. Just go to Panda Express across the street for much higher quality food at nearly the same price point.

Ordered from uber eats, arrived within 30 minutes and it tastes pretty descent compared to Midwest (MO) Chinese food.

I love coming here to eat whenever I'm at the Dimond Mall. There's multiple other eating places, but I'm only eating at Famous Wok! The owner is very nice and always in a good mood no matter the weather. Highly recommend eating here if you like Chinese food. This is the only place I eat at outta all the other places in the food court. ?

Good food and very fast service, clean and well kept front of the house. Good atmosphere for solo dining at the bar, or going with your family and friends. Large and open restaurant would make it great for a group or party (plus they sing and do a little thing for birthday guests). The usual fare for a Chili’s (menu available online) means you know what you are getting and the food did not disappoint. Modern touches like preloaded basic games on tablets at the table are great for entertaining kids or for adults who want to play against others in their group. There were multiple large screens of sports that are viewable from the entire restaurant for those who want to keep up with a game.
The restaurant was filthy! Dirty tables left uncleaned and food and paper all over the floor. The bathroom was too disgusting to describe with backed up toilets and sinks and trash everywhere. We ordered soup and salad — the potato soup was like paste and the salad was soggy. Didn’t taste fresh at all. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Avoid it like the plague or you may get it.
I’m not sure if they are trying to go out of business or what ?? The last 2 times we have attempted to eat here the give us the 60min wait? There are a LOT of empty tables - less than 1/2 of the restaurant is full? They do not provide a reason just that more than 1/2 the restaurant is empty but it going to be a 60+min wait. This has been the case for over 9+months now??? Good way to start the going out of business - we will not try to eat here again!
Great spicy BBQ, pork fried rice and chicken and mushrooms. Quick service, easy to dine out

Between the 4 of us we tried 4 entrees and the rice.I would not recommend. We have 2 full "pick 2" meals because we just couldn't eat any more. =(

I ate here twice while in town. Bartenders Suma and Nick were friendly and attentive. The food and service were good too. I was able to eat and then walk around the mall after.
Service was maybe a three. Salad looked awful and tasted awful. There was more dressing then lettuce. Potato soups were somewhat warm They allowed a girl to stand close to our table vaping You could smell it thru the restaurant. She had in a white hooded sweater and would pull it up over her mouth and chin ever time she wanted to take a puff Staff just looked the other way It was in all a terrible experience. When I need a copy of my receipt, two or three girls were just visiting behind the counter ?
Change your close time; just spent a long ride coming over here for you food and your closed at 8
I have always enjoyed eating Oriental food and sometimes people make fun of me for saying that I eat Americanized Oriental food whatever that supposed to mean but when I ordered beef broccoli here the meet was tough and hard to chew the broccoli was way too hard it wasn’t cooked right, & The rice was Blan I would go to Carr’s before coming back here and i don’t care for Carr’s much either.
Had normal expectations as I've eaten in a ton of Chili's restaurants. Super clean, Hand san available, tables scrubbed, menus disinfected, staff in masks. For those of you wondering. I had the best server. Sheena kept a cold beer in front of me and got my food to me right on time. I asked her about the new brisket quesadilla and she highly recommended it. I am NOT a big fan of their BBQ sauce, but with the jalapenos and the cheese mixed withe the brisket, it was way too tasty. Would actually hit this one again if I'm in the neighborhood.
