I just want to say that Val has amazing customer service! We somehow placed our order at the wrong location, thinking it was the jewel lake location, and she helped us tremendously. Very kind and fast!!
I absolutely love this Great Alaska Pizza company location and the employees there are the best. I accidentally left my lights on one time I went in and one of the employees was kind enough to come out and give me a jump and it was cold outside he really didn't have to I couldn't have been more appreciative. And they always get the food right cuz I am a little bit picky about how I want my stuff but they never give me any issue about it. The only reason I didn't...
The pizza I ordered was wrong, but that's not the point. I've had a hard time finding good service anywhere lately and I've been dealing with a lot of simple mistakes from simple people so unfortunately I was used to it and went in with a short fuse. The manager, Quinn I believe, heard me out and sorted the issue in a way I haven't experienced in a long time. I left with more patience and peace than when I went in and the pizza was good, even the crust. So...
