My 32 oz pink lotus with flavoring syrup tasted like club soda. They do not put enough lotus concentrate or syrup.

There is no phone number so I'll have to use this avenue. I was just there momentarily ago walker...ordered a breakfast Sandwich. I didn't open my sandwich until info to the bike path on my walk...it's totally cold and uncooked. I don't have the time or resources to just walk all the way back, I'll do my best not to let this define my day. Off to find something to actually eat now...hungry walk continues. Not sure there is a sound for stomach growling ?

I’ve been a few times and one barista is very friendly and efficient but another was very inappropriate, taking way too long to complete my order and telling me very personal information such as her personal waxing routine and her partner’s work situation, unprompted, on my lunch break. The interaction are up a third of my break while the other barista usually makes the same order in half the time. The food and drinks are good though!

tastes atrocious. went there and got one frappe, a smoothie, and a red bull italian soda. the blended drinks weren’t frozen & completely melted, also tastes like metal and straight up chemicals. very dissipointinv to spend almost 20 dollars and receive bottom teir drinks. not going again and letting everyone i know it’s bad.

Bad coffee Terrible Service. This place was great but the they sold and the new staff is rough. My 20 oz latte barely had coffee in it, definitely not the standard number of shots and when I asked for a non heated muffin the barista LIED TO MY FACE and told me it was "Just out". Muffins aren't naturally hot on the bottom, and I heard your microwave.

They never have Anything on their menu, slow and over price everything. Go to coffee queen around the corner.

We used to frequent this coffee shop often, and always enjoyed their products; today that was not the case. My husband ordered a flavored breve and a flavored latte which came out very fast. They tasted like weak brewed drip coffee with flavor and milk. But we were charged for the espresso drinks. ?

Place is never opened as advertised. I totally understand the labor issues, however if they would have signage displaying their new or temporary hours, it would go llong way. Days in which they are open, the staff is great and drinks are wonderful, but it has become a distant choice because of how unpredictable their hours are.

Always makes ny coffee perfect

Little girl working was so busy with the car that pulled up on other side AFTER she took my order and when I mentioned her waiting on boy in car first she declined to make my drink telling me I had attitude. Don't know her name but long brown hair wearing mini dress flirting with cars with men in them, I will be talking to manager since I can't call. I will never go back there again!

The two times I’ve ever gotten a red Bull spritzer with flavoring, I have been disappointed. It didn’t taste like there was red Bull in it at all. More like club soda with flavored syrup. Not good.
