My friend ordered me a 32oz tie dye red bull smoothie (I picked it on their phone) through DoorDash and paid extra for the tie dye and with whipped cream, but when it showed up, it was just pink without whipped cream. No one even tried, and it didn't say on DoorDash that you can't order a smoothie that big and not get tie dye.

Every single time I have tried kindred spirits, the workers put in way way too much syrup. Whenever my friends get drinks from this place, they still put way too much syrup. The amount of syrup they put in is actually crazy because the drink isn’t even see through anymore it’s like black or whatever color syrup they put in. It’s disgusting. I’ve even ask for half syrup before, it’s still way too much :/

Walked over and ordered a drink from the girl working this afternoon June 27th around 2:30pm after waiting over 15 minutes she tells me to stand in the car line. If she would have told me when I ordered from her, I’d have been served! I just told her to forget it. Horrible customer service and will go across the street to BB’s that have amazing service & drinks too!!
