The culinary arts students at UAA have a restaurant where they put their learned knowledge to the test in a restaurant setting called Lucy's.
It was a delicious 3-course lunch with a salad, entree, and a dessert buffet. You get to give feedback to the students afterwards so they can improve.
Awesome food and atmosphere to enjoy with friends at the end of the Spring semester. You must sign up and reserve online.

The culinary department developed a Cannabis class called CannaBasics. It’s hands down the best class I have ever taken at UAA. I am looking forward to UAA being more progressive and offering more classes of this kind.

Very roomy place for events
Excellent meal. Enjoyed the beef wellington which was cooked to perfection. The dessert buffet was a treat. Such creative yummy desserts.
always a wonderful time; this time we brought our granddaughter who enjoyed the caesar salad presentation & dessert buffet.
I could not have been happier. Our server, Anthony, was excellent. Jaylen (I think that was his name) prepared the salad to perfection. My only complaint was that the instructor called out one of the guys for forgetting to bring pepper, embarrassing him right in front of us. Do your chastising in private, please. Other than that, it was beyond belief.
Lucy's has always been a great place to go for a truly wonderful experience. We went on an off day.
Always great
Always a pleasure to get a reservation for this unique dining venue. Enjoying the creations from the culinary arts students is always a delight. We enjoyed all the fall/winter options, especially the ceviche and the duck.

Wonderful place to take cooking and baking classes at UAA. Fun professors and excellent classes. Culinary classes are offered for both culinary and non-culinary students. I would highly recommend the experience if you want to expand your skills in cake decorating, baking, or cooking world cuisine.
I am a fan of the Culinary Arts Program. I acknowledge that it a opportunity for the students to have the experience of all facets of the operation. I recognize was doing the best he could do at the time. He was looking forward to his next assignment.
Student prepared and served high end multi- course lunch. Extra fine!
