Always a pleasure to get a reservation for this unique dining venue. Enjoying the creations from the culinary arts students is always a delight. We enjoyed all the fall/winter options, especially the ceviche and the duck.
Breakfast just got better on the UAA Campus! The UAA Bakery Cart has the perfect baked items to go with that hot tea/coffee. The Ham Scone and Apple Turnover are my favorites. All the baked goods are made by students in the Culinary Arts program at UAA. The UAA Bakery Cart opens at 9 AM (Tue, Wed, Thurs), so I suggest getting here early for the best of the best. I could not have been happier. Our server, Anthony, was excellent. Jaylen (I think that was his name) prepared the salad to perfection. My only complaint was that the instructor called out one of the guys for forgetting to bring pepper, embarrassing him right in front of us. Do your chastising in private, please. Other than that, it was beyond belief.
