I went through the drive thru for a large coca~cola that’s it ok. So not only did I have to wait almost 20min for it but when I did get it we pulled off onto Muldoon road I took a gulp and it was FLAT. It tasted so nasty. I tried calling but no one answered. I’ve been craving a coke from McDonald’s all day and I finally got one and it fricken sucked . Just my luck.

I got to witness a great manager/employee interaction. The employee moved to a new location. They came in to say high to their old manager who was sad to lose a good worker. The employee was actually coming in to say they can still do one day a week at the old location. It was super cute and nice to see.
I remember growing up going to was McDonald's you know that was that treat that we got once in awhile because we'd been good or did our chores. We would even go in and sit down and eat inside. Well times have changed so this McDonald' It has become nothing more than a drive-through or a DoorDash delivery hub they reduced the seating to two tables. I had ordered my McRib on the app to try it out It basically completely taken out the whole interaction with you human being when I walked in I showed them my phone which is what it told me to do and they handed me my order in a bag didn't ask me for here to go just handed me the order in a bag ready to go So I proceeded to sit at one of their tables and eat and drink my soda and I was waiting for a ride so I knew I was going to be in there for a little bit longer than normal. I had used the bathroom which I had to ask an employee to unlock the bathroom door to even allow me to use the bathroom and then when I came out of the bathroom after using it I could hear the employees talking about me and how long I've been sitting there and the restaurant and it was weird that I'd been there that long no one had asked me why I was there that long or anything like that is just weird that somebody would sit at a restaurant and eat food so I give it one star for atmosphere and only three stars for service since all they really did was hand me a bag and then talk about how weird I was for sitting there.

Dirty restaurant , nobody took our order in the lobby for 20 minutes. Poor customer service , customer service was non existent and we were completely ignored. Ended up leaving

Why is it that half the time all the McDonalds locations I go to their Frappe machines are down?? That's all I want when I go to McDonald's a d 40% of the time I'm told they don't have Frappes today. Their machine is down. Can't these contraptions be better made so they don't constantly break????
Parking: Whatever the part is that keeps failing in the Frappe Machines, try keeping a cpl on stock so you're not waiting for weeks to get these things hs up and running again! Please and thank you!

Short haired girl with glasses was extremely rude when I asked to use to restroom. I didn’t mind having to buy something bust she made a dirty face at me while walking to the restroom and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. 0/10 would not recommend going here.

I went and grabbed breakfast this morning at 255 Muldoon Rd. I called the McDonald's twice to complain about the service I received, no one answered the phone. The girl with long dark hair and fake lashes (pale skin) shoved my food in my hand. I asked for ketchup which seemed to further irritate her. Before I could put my hand in place, she dropped the ketchup packets in which half of the packets dropped to the ground and she immediately shut the window. I didn't have time to pull around and speak to a manager as I was headed to work but I AM PISSED!
