Since the implementation of the ordering kiosk when I walk in I'm completely ignored and when I ask a question about the price difference of an item I'm treated
Like I'm bothering them. Forget about using the bathroom they have to unlock the door and an employee (I assume on break because his hat was taken off but his shirt was clearly visible under his coat) wouldn't get up and unlock the door so I had to go up to ask the manager to unlock the bathroom and was informed it was for customers only!!! After I had just ordered and ate my meal.

Once again they refused to make the McFlurry properly. They just slapped ice cream into the cup and tossed the oreo on top. Poor show. It's not a McFlurry if it's not mixed in folks. Do better.

Refuse to acknowledge you at register- yet it’s the only place you can go and ask for the code for the restroom. They refuse to do service at the counter and rely solely on kiosk within store which isn’t legal due to visually impaired people would not be able to use it. The McDouble cheeseburger I ordered was missing a patty and was cold. Waited 15 mins for order when there literally was only 1 customer already eating in store, no one in drive through and no DoorDash etc going on. Simply put, lazy kids they went money but don’t know how to work for it. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth the money nor headache dealing with these KIDS!!!

I stopped by this McDonald’s to use the restroom, but access requires a code you only get after making a purchase. Even after ordering, it took nearly 15 minutes just to place my order. When I finally used the restroom, it was in terrible condition is filthy and covered in urine.

The customer service and overall maintenance of the restaurant were very poor. The food I received was ice cold, and the management seems inattentive. The location only has one self service kiosk and a very small lobby, making the experience even more frustrating.

This is not a McDonald’s I would recommend visiting.

They have a code lock on the bathroom door..I see why!!! I think it was the best part of the restaurant.

The food was cold. And service took forever. And they would only give us one ketchup packet per 6 piece nugget. And when we asked for more they said it would be 29 cents per ketchup packet. It seemed a bit over the top.

Nothing like 1/4 deluxe and a cold coke! When I come to the city from Bethel, I have to eat burgers... first McDonald's then Burger King!

It's really small and the employees aren't very friendly they're not rude but still. When you order you'll have to wait for someone to come help you if you don't wanna use the kiosk and that can take some time. When they bring your food out they don't call your name or order number.
